First aid

Inhalation
In case of dust or fume inhalation, move the person to fresh air.

Eye contact
Rinse the eyes with plenty of water for 5 minutes or until the product is removed. If irritation persists, consult a physician.

Skin contact
Rinse the skin with water and soap.

Ingestion
In case of ingestion, rinse mouth with water. Consult a physician in case of unusual symptoms.

This product is stable and non-combustible.

If involved in a fire, use any means suitable for extinguishing surrounding materials.

Effects of repeated or prolonged exposure

Dust inhalation
Possibility of iron dust or fume accumulation in the lungs without any apparent symptom (siderosis).

Above than or equal to 5 mg/m3  (as Fe), use any dust, mist and fume respirator.

Skin
Wear skin protection when needed.

Eyes
Wear safety glasses if there is a risk of dust exposure.

 Avoid inhalating dust or powder.  Handle in a well-ventilated area.

Storage requirements

 Store in a well-ventilated area.

 Pick up  solid and place in a closed container.
